Mycelarium Lag and Performance
Mycelarium (the 2026 incremental game by PLAN KAPKAN) has no published frame-rate target. Two official posts say they optimised the game. Players say the stutter arrives after the network gets large.
| Fact | Value | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Official target | None published | left blank |
| Posts that mention speed | Quick fix on 3 Nov, update 1.02 on 5 Nov | 1 source |
| ProtonDB | Platinum, 3 reports, low confidence | 1 source |
| Minimum GPU | GTX 650 Ti or HD 7790 | 2 sources |
What the patch notes promise
The launch-day quick fix lists optimization, camera controls, and visual fixes. Update 1.02 lists performance work again, next to achievements and the two modes. Neither post names a resolution, a quality preset, or a frame number. The system-requirements page has the CPU and GPU lines. They are minimums and a recommended tier, not a promise about late-game nodes.
Reviews on the store repeat the same complaint in different words: the opening hour is smooth, and a dense web of overlapping Stinky fields, spores, and particles starts to hitch. I am not counting how many reviews, because the review total itself moved between page reads. The theme is consistent enough to mention, and too fuzzy to turn into a percentage.
Changes players actually try
The suggestions that show up more than once are ordinary: merge Stinky coverage by buying Stench Width instead of planting a crowd of overlapping circles, zoom out less, drop the resolution or play in a window, and close other heavy apps. A discussion asks for a zoom control and calls the current camera painful. There is no confirmed graphics menu beyond what those players describe, so I will not name a preset that the store page does not list.
On Steam Deck, ProtonDB’s summary for this app was Platinum when checked on 7 November 2026, from three reports, with low confidence. That is early and thin. It is not a Valve Verified badge. The platform page says the same thing in the Deck row and does not repeat a frame-time claim.

Questions people ask
Is there an official quality setting to turn down?
No store post lists one. Players talk about resolution and windowed mode instead.
Does the Deck version have a frame target?
No. Three ProtonDB reports say Platinum. That sample is too small for a frame claim.
