Which Mycelarium is this?

People search one word and land on several different games. This site covers the PLAN KAPKAN release on Steam, app 5181520, dated 3 November 2026. It is an incremental simulation: you sling mycelium through soil, spend food to build, and push into a procedural cave.

It is not the free itch.io game by fixgritt, and it is not any of the Steam titles whose names start with Mycelium. Those are listed on the comparison page, including the ones people reach by misspelling the title.

What the store and the trailer agree on

The store description says you grow an expanding fungal network, find resources, and place mushrooms that automate production. The official trailer, uploaded 20 October 2026, shows the same side-view forest, the soil cutaway, and the pale mycelium lines. I treat that pair as the public description of the game.

Update 1.02, posted 5 November 2026, added 19 achievements, Survival mode, Exploration mode, mushroom hotkeys 1 through 8, and clickable animal tracking. The launch-day quick fix the same week mentioned performance work and camera controls. Prices and review counts move; the figures on this page were read on 7 November 2026.

Can I play Mycelarium in the browser?

No public browser version was listed on Steam on 7 November 2026. The Windows build and the free demo are both Steam downloads.

Is there a free demo?

Yes. Mycelarium Demo is a separate Steam app, 5371480, released 8 October 2026. It does not list achievements.

Is it multiplayer?
