Privacy Policy
Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra load by default on mycelarium.org. Reject stops these integrations and remembers your choice for 180 days. Cookie settings in the footer lets you change that choice.
Services that receive data
Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and interactions. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings. Adsterra supplies native and Social Bar advertising through bicea.org and its campaign partners. These services can receive your IP address, browser and device information, page URL and activity. The first page view requests all three services before you choose a banner option; Reject closes their running page context by reloading and stops their requests on subsequent page views.
The configured integrations are GA4 G-RKY4ZWFN2L, Clarity project z9zbo1uzca, and Adsterra publisher 3403020 with native unit 32144463 and Social Bar unit 32144464. Requests can use www.googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com subdomains, clarity.ms subdomains and bicea.org. Advertising campaigns may introduce further delivery hosts and cookies. Vendor privacy policies linked below describe their processing and international transfers.
YouTube loads only when you press play on a trailer. That creates a youtube.com iframe, shares connection and page information with YouTube, and may allow YouTube cookies. The trailer facade makes no YouTube request before play. Opening an external source link takes you to that publisher and its privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
Google documents _ga for a browser identifier and _ga_<container-id> for session state, each with a default expiration of two years. These are vendor defaults, not a guarantee that every visit creates both cookies. MUID is a Microsoft identifier, not a Google Analytics cookie.
Clarity documents first-party _clck (user identifier and preferences) and _clsk (page views within a recording), plus third-party CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM. Availability depends on browser restrictions and vendor behaviour. The linked Clarity cookie list describes their purposes; a fixed lifetime for each is not asserted here.
Adsterra advertising and creative partners can use cookies or similar identifiers. We have not established an exhaustive campaign cookie-name or lifetime list, so those values are left unspecified. Reject stops this site from requesting the advertising units. Existing vendor cookies can remain until they expire or you delete them with your browser settings.
This site stores my_consent in localStorage as a choice and timestamp with a 180-day expiry. It also stores my_adbar_closed for 180 days after you dismiss the Social Bar. These are browser-storage records rather than first-party cookies. A choice record that expires is treated as a new visit and the banner appears again.
Changing your choice
Accept permits the three integrations. Reject records denied, updates all four Google Consent Mode storage and advertising signals to denied, reloads the page to discard active vendor code, and prevents these loaders from starting again while that record remains valid. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are also treated as Reject. Cookie settings reopens the banner.
Before any Google configuration, Consent Mode starts with ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied, analytics_storage granted, and ads_data_redaction enabled. The site then applies your stored choice; with no stored choice it treats the visit as granted and shows the banner. This describes the implemented behaviour and does not present an unanswered banner as an affirmative consent action.
Reject does not undo processing that occurred before the click or automatically erase vendor cookies. You can delete site and vendor data through your browser and use the vendors’ privacy controls. The site does not require an account to read its guides.
Contact, retention and requests
Email sent to [email protected] is processed through Cloudflare Email Routing and our mail service to handle corrections and enquiries. Include only the information needed for your request. Hosting providers also receive connection data needed to deliver pages and maintain security.
The site-controlled consent and ad-dismissal records last 180 days. A specific GA4 event-data retention setting, advertising retention period and hosting-log retention period have not been independently confirmed and are not stated as fixed values here. Vendor policies explain their own retention practices.
For privacy questions or requests concerning access, correction or deletion, write to [email protected]. Applicable rights depend on your location and the processing involved; you may also contact the relevant data-protection authority. Policy changes appear here with an updated date.
