Mycelarium (the 2026 incremental game by PLAN KAPKAN) has no in-game completion percent. One hundred percent on this page means the 19 achievements, the five magic shrooms, the alien ship, the T-Rex skeleton, and The Great Migration on an Exploration save.

The checklist, in the order that hurts less
Stay on Exploration. Survival cannot finish The Great Migration, and that single achievement is part of any honest full clear. Clear the growth line as you play; the million-centimetre one is the long pole, and on 7 November 2026 it was the least unlocked. Build the Predators, the Water mushrooms, and the Consumptor trees while the network is already fed, or you will grind them in an empty patch.
Detour for the five magic shrooms, the alien ship (Family Reunion), and the T-Rex (Days of the past). Fire twenty spore shots for Fly my darlings!, and sort out Hedgehog Bus while planning a hedgehog interaction. I am not promising an order inside those detours. Completion time and video evidence
The public sources do not establish a fixed time for this checklist. A video titled as a 100 percent run is useful context, but its title alone does not demonstrate the full achievement list. The million-centimetre milestone is a separate requirement from reaching the ending.
The documented mode restriction is that Survival has no end goals. A separate player report says 1.02 made magic mushrooms and the ship vanish from old files. That is a bug report, not a designed missable, and it is not on an official issue list. If that happened, the public advice in those threads is a new Exploration file.
