Mycelarium Underground Layers
Mycelarium (the 2026 incremental game by PLAN KAPKAN) stacks three dirt bands: brown, grey, and red. The store calls the underground endless and procedural, so a layer is a band of soil, not a fixed room. No public source describes a fourth band.
| Fact | Value | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Brown | Pools, Water and Cosmos shrooms | 2 sources |
| Grey | Flora, Fauna, larger stone | 2 sources |
| Red | Light: 2 community sources; T-Rex location disputed | split by landmark |
| Depths | Approximate, one vertical measuring pass | 1 source |
3 entries
| Brown Dirt | Brown | early Soil Penetration | water pools, Water and Cosmos shrooms, first stone maze | ~500-560 cm | hard soil, stone maze | Landmarks: 2 community sources; depths: 1 source |
| Grey Dirt | Grey | more Soil Penetration | Flora and Fauna shrooms, larger mazes, reservoirs | ~1530-1600 cm | larger stone mazes, longer water lines | Landmarks: 2 community sources; depths: 1 source |
| Red Dirt | Red | deep Soil Penetration | Light Shroom; Steam guide places ship and T-Rex here; official T-Rex screenshot is grey-looking | ~2920-2950 cm | thick barriers, long return trip; missing-spawn reports are community reports | Light: 2 community sources; T-Rex layer split; depths: 1 source |
What separates the bands
Hard soil and stone sit between the bands. Soil Penetration is the base upgrade aimed at that wall. Digger is the mushroom aimed at the same wall when the upgrade is not enough. Brown dirt is the first cave: blue pools, the Water shroom, Cosmos inside a stone circle. Grey dirt is the next: Flora and Fauna around a larger circle, and the screenshot that shows a T-Rex is labelled grey in the image notes even while the skeleton is a deep-find achievement. I keep the T-Rex on the grey screenshot’s own caption and the “red dirt” player reports as a second placement claim, instead of forcing one depth.
Red dirt is where the Light shroom reports cluster, along with talk of an alien ship and the largest water. The Steam player guide reports an infinite water source at the bottom of that layer. Depth figures around 500 cm, 1,500 cm, and 2,900 cm are one guide measuring downward, and the horizontal spot still slides from save to save. I print the bands and the landmarks. I do not print a coordinate.

Questions people ask
Is there a fourth layer?
No source describes one. Three bands are the whole public map.
Can I use someone else’s depths?
Only as a rough vertical hint. The sideways position is random.
